It’s been a while since my last post and so much has happened that I don’t know where to start. So will go with right now.

My morning gratitude is off the charts today. The sun is shining, it’s warm and I’m sitting on my new, VERY comfy camp chair, having a coffee.

I’m on a great and rather posh campsite called Hurley Riverside Park. Posh loos and showers, drinking water at my pitch and good electrical supply! Michael Douglas starlink wifi is up and running and was able to stream the latest White Lotus in bed last night 🪷.

I’ve just been for a lovely run along the River Thames. So peaceful and pretty.

Aileen came to visit me last night and brought Douglas, my most favorite dog in the world. We had brilliant chats, aided by a little micro dose of 🍄, ate cheddar (see below), chatted about Yung Pueblo’s pure awesomeness, and listened to Nina Simone.

I’m on a road trip right now, heading back to Scotland from Cornwall. We stopped in a beautiful town called Cheddar two nights ago. Another brilliant campsite (Petruth Paddocks). Got some 🧀 (obviously) - “the only cheddar that’s made in Cheddar!”, and it’s AMAZING.

Over and out for now as got my first online training in Michael in a few.

Lots of love from MD, R&R and me.

Had a MAGICAL few nights in Michael with R&R, including a super lovely visit from Jim last night. The sky was clear and beautiful, we sat by the campfire chatting and eating Easter eggs 😃, made a “proper” meal in Michael, listened to some great tunes, and life was peaceful and full of love.

The campsite was INCREDIBLE (StayWild), a whole plot, with a private “en-suite” bathroom and a roll top bath 🛁😃! It was BRILLIANT.

It was the most beautiful day today. The sun was shining and R&R were chilled out after their adventure. We drove to the Lizard Peninsula and while the boys slept I went for a long walk along the coast to a beautiful cove. I sat and had coffee overlooking the ocean before heading back to the van. It was possibly one of the most stunning coffee views ever.

With love ❤️🚐🐈🐈

Too many thoughts. Good ones. So just going to share some pics from the past week or so. Made a horse pal, dipped my feet in the sea, ate well, enjoyed some good company, walked to quiet little coves and witnessed some beautiful sunsets.

Looking forward to my next journey in Michael. I know it won’t be the same as the first - that was pretty incredible, so I’m going to practice being present, accepting that change is the only constant and remembering that it’s about the journey, not the destination.

Side note: Charles, Beanfield (it’s pretty deep)

Side note: Fuersattel, Boozoo Bajou (joy tune)

It’s the 18th! NOTHING can go wrong. Just given myself a reminder to get back to this moment. It’s a beautiful moment. I’m sat by the fire, it’s cosy & warm, Reg is sleeping on my lap, I’m listening to some brilliant tunes and it’s the 18th!

Had a what’s app “zero” with Jim earlier, which was lovely. We just had a pretty epic weekend. Lots of AMAZING breakfast food 😅, some cool pubs, some IPA tasting, surf action 😃, a night of “wild” camping in Michael 🐕‍🦺🛖, the MEGA munchies, St. Ives (it’s really pretty), and the view from Michael at Gwithian beach was the most incredible and beautiful experience EVER.

During a therapy session with Natalie we talked about my path forward, the “house of possibilities”, and how I want to FEEL. During another therapy session, Natalie had me envisage my soul mate “engulfing” me and describe how I felt - WARMTH, FREEDOM, SECURITY & PEACE. For me, that is self-love. That’s how I feel in Michael (my soul mate!) and that’s how I want to feel on my path forward.

On BALANCE - I’ve been really focused on keeping myself balanced. When I’m not, it’s easy to over think and harder to pull myself back to the moment. It’s harder to feel the way I want to feel. I’ve learned what tools I need to stay balanced - rest, nature, health, gratitude, meditation, space. I’ve learned how important it is for me to implement these with INTENTION.

I’m learning how to love myself well.

Lots of love to us.

Note to self

The “vanantham” (I like that word) is The Promise, Nutty Nys. Absolutely brilliant tune!

Vanning is pure love. There’s no greater way to describe it.

I’m staying at an AirBNB in Cornwall right now. It’s really beautiful. Stairs are a bit sketchy. I keep remembering Colin’s question to me as to whether I knew the 3 things that are most likely to kill a human (except for other humans) - lions, polar bears and falling!

Funny how I’m listening better now and really thinking about the advice I’m given. I realized it’s caring, not worrying, and I’m learning what caring feels like.

Just thought about the ‘house of possibilities’ and wondered if Michael ticks all the boxes there…

I love you ❤️😁😅☀️🥳XXX

Ladies,

Where do I start ha ha. Ron, Reg & I embarked on our first solo adventure with Michael Douglas (I just call him “Michael”) yesterday.

We got off to a somewhat poor start ha ha. I almost turned around to take Ron & Reg back after quite a distance! Anyway, we turned it around! I don’t know what happened but everything just got better, and better, and better. It was brilliant. We had a lot of fun in the van!

I didn’t get quite as far as I’d hoped! Nonetheless we stopped in a really beautiful campsite on a farm on the border(ish) between Scotland and England, near a place called Carlisle. It was chilly, and the sky was soooo clear. The moon and the planets were just OUTSTANDING! Sooooo bright.

I met the farmer, who was lovely. and while paying my nights pitch up fee, we had a chat about how beautiful the sky was, and he told me about his telescope, that he bought on Ebay, and it was fucking massive, so he built an observatory for it! Pretty cool.

Me, Ron & Reg listened to some brilliant tunes and everything was absolutely PERFECT. The music sounds incredible in the van!!! 🪩

Side note: Drive On, Soldiers of Twilight. (Groooovy!)

Side note: The Promise, Nutty Nys

Love you all masses.

See you in a few :-)

Dear Jim…

My intuition (ha ha) is telling me (now that I’m listening to it) that vlogging may not be quite right. Blogging is brilliant! So maybe I scrap the vlogging bit. I’ll leave it for a bit and see what happens.

One big thing I learned from the way forward is that intuition is gentle, it never screams at you. Thus, I shall not make any rash decisions and listen to my intuition! This is new thing. :-)

Also wanted to say that you always have a brilliant idea (top trumps). Like putting “let’s go forth” on the website. Genius. What a brilliant and appropriate slogan ha ha ha.

Love you.

PS. Found this (mushroom on right) on a walk yesterday! Random. It had loads of coins embedded in to it. I wonder if it means anything (like there’s loads of magic mushrooms near by :-) )

Side note: Any road up, Jon Kennedy (BRILLIANT!)

Dear Aileen…

I decided to write letter style in the vlog cause I’m doing this entirely for myself (i.e. I have zero expectations and zero assumptions, although I hope you look at it ha ha). It’s like a website journal. I’m listening to some amazing music and enjoying writing. It’s meditative. Anyway, I love this pic of you and me out for dinner on my first night back in UK!!! EPIC!!!

I’m really excited to share my van adventures with you mate. And I hope you can join me at some point. A little bit of the Ibiza part would make total sense because you made it fucking happen!!! OMG. Thank you! (Thanks doesn’t really convey it mate.)

Anyways mate, I just wanted to say that I love you fucking masses. You are the kindest, funniest, most positive and brilliant human.

See you soon mate,

Jen

The story right now…

I’ve just bought a campervan, called Michael. “If drug dealers drove campervans…” (Mate, I love you). Anyway, I plan to de-dealer it a little and embark on a journey to Ibiza to discover this beautiful, crazy island in all its glory, How and when I get there is yet to be determined.

In the meantime, I’m going exploring the UK. And I’m really excited. Also nervous - it’s single track roads, parking and two potential cat companions. Most of all I am so so grateful and thankful that I have got to this place.

I’ve never driven a campervan before, have absolutely no idea about campervans, and plan to go with the flow, and trust the universe!

I started this vlog because my good friend suggested it when I told her about my van plan. Christine, thank you, Have loved getting to know you and growing with you over the last 10 years. EPIC!!!

Side note: Timber, Coldcut (BRILLIANT tune. Never heard it before. Just came on Spotify radio. OMG. Listen to it!!!

Side note: Wish I could get emojis (for Jim!). There must be a way?

I just had a really nice revelation around creativity and how important staying curious, positive and inspired is to me, in order to take better care of myself.

Side note: Moodswings, LTJ Bukem. Listen to it!!!

So. where I am going with this vlog. I just had a thought (thank you Universe) that I’m going to incorporate music. Whenever I’m on a musical journey, like NOW.

Side note: Water From A Vine Leaf, William Orbit. Listen to it!!!

The rest is yet to be determined….
